Cortiva Institute in Chicago shaped how I think about bodywork. Between August 2015 and August 2016, I learned not just technique but how to listen to what a body's telling you. That foundation, combined with eleven years of hands-on work with clients across Chicago and the surrounding areas, taught me something essential: the best massage isn't about force. It's about meeting someone where they are.
I work with clients of all ages and body types. Some come in carrying post-surgery pain. Others are athletes pushing through training, or people sitting at desks all day wondering why their neck feels like concrete. What they all have in common is that they want to feel better, and they want someone who actually knows what they're doing.
Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, Swedish work, assisted stretching—I use whatever technique serves the person in front of me. I also offer four-handed massage sessions with Domi Massage if you're looking for something deeper and more immersive. Hot stones, aromatherapy, CranioSacral work—these tools matter when they're right for your body.
What matters most to me is that you step off the table with real relief and actual results. Working through tension while helping you reconnect with your own body is where the real work happens. I'm also deeply committed to creating space where everyone feels safe being themselves. I'm trans, they/he/fae pronouns, and I know how hard it can be to find bodywork where you don't have to explain or justify who you are. That's not an issue here. I love supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and anyone who's looking for a therapist who gets it.
