The Soma Institute in Chicago taught me to see the body as an integrated system, not isolated parts. That clinical foundation shaped how I work with chronic pain and the subtle threads connecting physical tension, emotional stress, and the habits we carry in our shoulders, our breath, our daily posture. After graduating from one of Chicago's premiere massage therapy schools, I brought something else into my practice: years of creating art and sculpture, a background in dance, tai chi, and yoga. That somatic awareness, that understanding of how we move and hold ourselves, became inseparable from the bodywork I offer.
I work with clients on a direct, individual level. Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, meditation coaching—I don't choose the modality first.
