Fifteen years of hands-on work with clients across Chicago has taught me something simple but powerful: listening matters more than any technique. I've worked with everyone from triathletes pushing their bodies to the limit to stay-at-home parents carrying stress in their shoulders and lower back. That range of experience means I've learned how to meet you where you are.
I trained at Sawyer College in Hammond, Indiana, where I built a foundation in multiple massage modalities. Since then, I've spent the better part of two decades refining my craft and expanding what I can offer. Deep tissue work, trigger point release, sports massage, Thai massage, neuromuscular work, shiatsu, prenatal care—I keep learning and practicing so I can find the right approach for your body and your goals.
What drives me is straightforward: your comfort comes first, and I listen with genuine attention to what you're telling me, both with words and through what my hands feel.
