About

Nineteen years of hands-on work with clients across Chicago has taught me what real relief feels like — and how to deliver it consistently. I'm a licensed massage therapist based on the north side, and I've spent nearly two decades refining techniques that actually work: clinical massage, deep tissue work, sports recovery, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. What started as training at Cortiva Institute in Chicago has evolved into something much deeper — a practice built on listening to your body and adjusting every session to meet exactly what you need in that moment.

I work with clients who carry tension from desk jobs, athletes recovering from strain, people managing chronic pain, and anyone who just needs to feel human again. Each massage I give is customized to you. If something isn't working, we adjust it right there. You might come in tight and leave loose. You might come in scattered and leave grounded. The goal is always the same: reduce pain, enhance relaxation, and help your body recover.

My studio on the north side is a welcoming space designed for real healing. Heated massage table, soft music, aromatherapy, hot towels, a private restroom — everything is here to support your session. I'm also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and I've built this practice to be respectful and inclusive for every client who walks through the door. Serving Chicago and surrounding areas, I offer both in-studio sessions and mobile massage when you need me to come to you.

Testimonials

Your work is always reliable and leaves me feeling completely renewed. Your eye for detail, careful touch, and seamless flow are qualities I don't find in every therapist, and I'm truly grateful for what you bring. Your hands and forearms deserve recognition for the skill they carry. I look forward to every appointment with you.
