Twenty-two years of practice have taught me that the body remembers everything—tension, old injuries, stress—and that lasting relief comes from understanding where the pain lives and what it needs. I've been working in the healing arts since 2004, starting with my Massage Therapy Diploma at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, where I built a strong foundation in Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques. Over the years, I've worked across very different environments: clinical settings like chiropractic offices, relaxing spa spaces, and the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. That combination taught me how the body actually moves and recovers, which made me a better therapist.
In 2006, I began studying Reiki at the Mystical Sciences Institute in Evanston under Billie Topa Tate, a high-level Reiki Master. I completed levels 1, 2, and 3, and by 2022, I'd earned my Reiki Master/Teacher 2nd Degree. Now I work with clients in my Chicago studio using a blend of techniques—aromatherapy, myofascial release, trigger point work, shiatsu, and Reiki—because different bodies need different approaches. I'm licensed in Illinois and my license is in good standing. I also serve clients through mobile massage, bringing that same care to your home or office.
