About

Graduated from The New School for Massage, Bodywork and Healing right here in Chicago, I came into this work with a clear sense of purpose. Years spent in manual labor taught me what chronic pain feels like in the body, how it settles in, and how it shapes your daily life. That experience is exactly why I became a massage therapist.

I specialize in Swedish massage, but I've worked with enough professional dancers and competitive athletes over time to understand what sports massage and injury recovery actually demand. I'm not just applying a standard technique and moving on. Instead, I modulate pressure as we go, adapting the massage in real time so you get effective treatment even if your schedule only allows 60 minutes instead of 90.

I work with athletes at every level—professionals, weekend warriors, people training for their next challenge. I also welcome everyone else: all body types, all walks of life. I'm especially proud to serve the LGBTQ+ community here in Chicago.

My studio is in the Andersonville neighborhood on Chicago's North Side. I offer both in-studio sessions and mobile massage, so whether you come to me or I come to you, the goal stays the same. I believe that regular massage sessions support the balance between your physical and mental health. Keep your body well, and you'll stay living to your full potential.

Testimonials

Mike is a thoughtful therapist with strong awareness of the body and genuine sensitivity to client needs. From the moment of consultation, he's easy to talk with, and his voice during the opening breathing work and instruction feels natural and grounding. When I asked for deep pressure, he delivered it without leaving me sore afterward—I felt deeply relaxed instead. What stood out most was how he incorporated stretches throughout the session and paid attention to every muscle group without rushing, even though the massage was only 50 minutes. It felt like a full 90-minute experience. I'll definitely book with him again.
