About

Twenty-three years of hands-on work has taught me that the body speaks a language all its own. When you come in for a session, I'm listening—not just with my ears, but with my hands. I've spent nearly a quarter century learning how to read tension, understand where pain lives, and know exactly how much pressure will unlock relief without leaving you sore the next day.

I trained at the Minneapolis School of Massage Therapy and Bodywork back in the early 2000s, and I've been a long-standing member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals ever since. That foundation gave me the techniques. The years gave me the intuition.

My studio here in Chicago—in the 60640 area—is designed with you in mind. Clean cotton sheets, a heated table that feels like a warm embrace, soft music, and candles create an environment where your nervous system can finally settle. The room is private, quiet, and safe. These details matter because healing doesn't happen in a rush or under fluorescent lights.

I blend deep tissue work with Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, reflexology, and sports techniques. What that means in practice is your massage isn't a template. It's built around what your body needs that day. Maybe you're carrying stress in your shoulders and neck. Maybe your legs are tight from training. Maybe you just need to unwind. I listen, ask about problem areas before we start, and adjust as we go.

I also serve the Chicago area with mobile sessions—I'll come to you if that works better for your schedule. And I want to say directly: I'm here for the entire LGBTQ community. Everyone deserves to feel safe and cared for on the table.

If you're looking for someone who knows the body, respects your time, and brings genuine presence to every session, let's set something up.

Testimonials

Before the massage, Pete asked about areas that needed attention. After an hour and a half, we both agreed it made sense to extend the session for another two hours. He even checked with his next client to make sure they were okay with it, which showed real respect for everyone involved.

Without question, one of the best massages I've ever received. What sets him apart is his deep experience and genuine love for the work. He's intuitive, focused, spontaneous, and has great presence. He gave me that out-of-body experience I crave from a really good massage. A week later and I'm still feeling the benefits. If he's coming to your area, book him. You'll be glad you did.

This hands-down was the best massage I've ever had. Pete knows his craft inside and out—he's got strength in his hands and understands exactly where to apply pressure. He reads your body and customizes the work to fit you. His studio setup is spotless and private, with a fireplace right next to the table that added warmth and comfort. Pete is genuine, caring, and a good person. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
