Other times you need the opposite: a slower Swedish rhythm, the kind of touch that tells your nervous system it's safe to let go. I've spent those years learning how to read what you need, and how to blend Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports massage, Swedish, and Thai techniques in the right proportion for your goals.
My studio in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood is set up to support that kind of work. The massage table is heated—crucial in winter, and I keep the air conditioning running hard in summer so you're comfortable lying still.
