About
Twenty-five years in this field has taught me that real healing happens when you bring your whole self to the table — when a client feels heard, safe, and genuinely cared for. I studied clinical massage therapy at the Soma Institute in Chicago and went on to earn my certification as a licensed personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association. That blend of deep anatomical knowledge and hands-on experience has shaped how I work.
My studio in Morton Grove is a quiet, clean space where I can focus entirely on you. I've trained in forty different massage modalities — everything from Swedish and deep tissue to acupressure, myofascial release, Thai, trigger point work, and Tui Na. I also use infrared LED light therapy, tuning fork vibration for grounding, warm stones, custom chakra balancing sprays, and aromatherapy to deepen each session. Some clients come in with chronic pain or injury; others just need to decompress. Either way, I listen to what your body needs that day and build the session around you.
I serve both in-studio clients and travel to hotels throughout a 100-mile radius. If you're staying nearby and don't want to leave your room, I bring the full experience to you — table, linens, aromatherapy, music, hot towels, the works.
I've been honored to serve the LGBTQ community for the past twenty-five years. You'll find the space welcoming, the work professional, and the care genuine. I also offer body scrubs, facials, meditation coaching, nutrition consulting, personal coaching, and yoga instruction if you want to expand your wellness work.
Health and safety matter. My studio uses UV filter cleaning and a Japanese air washer for air quality. I'm fully vaccinated and stay current with health protocols, and I ask that clients come in feeling their best. I do ask for 6 to 24 hours' notice when booking — my calendar fills up quickly — but I'll do my best to work with you.
