A degree in Physical Education from Augusto Motta University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil — that's where my journey into the body's mechanics really began. I completed that full degree between 2006 and 2009, learning techniques for stretching and relaxing muscles in a way that goes deeper than most people realize. Then I pursued formal massage training through Senac in Rio, and for the past 10 years I've been working hands-on with clients, combining that educational foundation with what I call spiritual bodywork.
My name is Juan Miro, though I go by my spiritual gypsy name as well. I was born in Rio de Janeiro and I'm now here in Metairie, Louisiana, serving this community with the same care and intention I've carried throughout my career. What sets my work apart is this: I don't just move muscles around. I work to create a mental, emotional, and physical connection during our time together.
