Over 15 years of working with clients in New Orleans has taught me something simple but powerful: the body remembers everything, and touch can help it let go. I completed my training as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Delgado Community College and went on to become an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist and Reiki Master. What started as a desire to help people move through pain has become a deep practice in listening—to what each body needs, to the stress held in muscle and fascia, to the quiet wisdom of breath and healing.
My studio here in New Orleans is a private, spa-like space where you can arrive as you are. I work with all body types and actively welcome gay, bi, queer, straight, and trans men. There's a shower available before or after your session, and the whole environment—from the heated table to the aromatherapy and music—is designed so you can simply bliss out and lose yourself in the moment.
I blend several techniques depending on what your body is asking for: deep tissue work, Swedish massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Polarity Therapy, and Reiki. I use stretching, myofascial release, and healing touch to help you ease tension, work through pain, and find your way back to center. Every session is catered to you, not to a template.
I take health and safety seriously. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID, and fully vaccinated for Monkeypox. I follow strict hygiene guidelines so you can relax knowing you're in a clean, professional space. I'm also available for mobile massage service, so if you'd rather I come to you in New Orleans or the surrounding areas, that's an option too.
