I specialize in Lomi Lomi, that beautiful Hawaiian technique where I use long, flowing strokes and deep pressure applied mostly through my forearms. But I don't stop there. I've woven in traditional Swedish work, Thai stretching, trigger point release, and acupressure. Each time you come in, the session is different because you're different. I start with a personalized assessment to understand where your tension lives, what your body needs, and how far we can safely push into your comfort zone—because that's often where real therapeutic change happens.
