About

After completing my license through the Smith Institute of Massage Therapy in Shreveport, Louisiana, I learned that technique without intuition is just pressure. Seven years of working with clients across New Orleans has taught me what that education actually meant: the ability to listen to a body, feel what it needs, and respond with skill and care.

I'm a licensed massage therapist based here in New Orleans, and I take real pride in serving my LGBTQ community and anyone else looking for professional, thoughtful care. I work both from my private home studio and come to your location — serving New Orleans and the surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. What matters most to me is that every session feels safe, effective, and personal to you.

I combine several techniques depending on what your body's telling me: Swedish massage to ease tension, deep tissue and trigger point work for stubborn knots, ashiatsu for broader pressure without strain, hot stone therapy for warmth and release, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and prenatal care for clients who are pregnant. I've also trained as a yoga instructor and can offer meditation coaching and acupuncture services if those feel right for your needs.

Texting is the fastest way to reach me. Send over your name, what you're looking to address, and your availability. I'll get back to you right away and do my best to fit your schedule. All of my work is 100% professional, and I'm here to help you feel better.

Came in with ongoing sciatic nerve pain and felt actual relief when I left. The healing has continued with each return visit, and I'm sleeping better than I have in months. Paul is skilled, intuitive, and truly caring—exactly what my body needed.

Paul addressed my sciatica with a mix of deep tissue and trigger point therapy focused on my lower back, hips, and legs. His hands worked through tension I didn't even know was there, bringing immediate relief along the sciatic nerve path. Beyond just easing the pain, he taught me stretches and postures to use daily. The heaviness in my legs dropped significantly, and I left feeling relaxed and restored. His knowledge, personal attention, and whole-body approach made this exceptional.
