About

Twenty-seven years of massage work teaches you what actually works. I've spent more than a quarter-century learning how different bodies respond to different pressures, different techniques, different moments of care. My training at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge gave me a strong foundation in the science of bodywork, but the real education came from listening to clients — understanding what they needed, not just what I thought they should have.

I've built my practice around combining what feels good with what heals. When you come to my private studio in South Berwick, Maine, you'll experience a blend of deep tissue work and softer touch, Swedish and Russian strokes, trigger point release and stretching. Some sessions call for sustained pressure into tight muscle. Others need lightness and space. I read your body and adjust.

You'll lie on a heated table with warm towels. The room stays quiet except for soft music. I keep things welcoming and unhurried. Winter takes me to Melbourne and Indialantic, Florida, but summers I'm here, serving South Berwick and surrounding areas. Whether you need relief from chronic tension, recovery from sports or injury, or just a reset after a long season, I bring the same care and attention I've refined across 27 years.

If you ever want chair massage or corporate sessions for an event, call me anytime with questions. I'm licensed, insured, and genuinely glad to talk through what you're looking for.
