About

Over 32 years, I've learned that strong hands and quiet attention are two sides of the same thing. When you come to my studio in Bedford or I come to you, you're getting someone who's spent more than three decades learning exactly where tension lives in the male body and how to coax it out without force.

I studied Swedish massage and anatomy at the Judith McKinnon Institute in Oakland back in 1994, then went deeper with a 750-hour program in massage and hydrotherapy at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies. That foundation taught me the skeleton of what I do. But the real work—the part that matters—came from showing up, paying attention, and listening to thousands of bodies over the years.

I work those tough knots with pressure when that's what's needed, then shift to a lighter touch to soothe and settle you down. Deep tissue, trigger point work, sports massage, neuromuscular technique, Swedish, Esalen, reflexology—I blend them because your body isn't one thing, and neither should the work be. I'll know just where to go, using quiet attention to the areas needing it most. You'll feel the difference right away.

My studio is easy to reach, located directly off Routes 95 and 3 in Bedford, Massachusetts, with free parking and full accessibility. I'm open 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. I also offer mobile massage within 50 miles, so I can come to you. Either way, you're getting the same care: someone who loves this work and genuinely wants you to feel brand new.
