About
Trained at the New England School of Therapeutics in Milton Village, I completed my certification in massage therapy with a focus on understanding how the body holds tension and what it takes to release it effectively. That training gave me a foundation, but six years of working directly with clients in the Boston area has taught me something just as important: every person comes to the table with different goals and different bodies.
I work with you from the very first conversation to figure out what you're really looking for. Are you dealing with chronic knots that won't quit? Recovering from a sports injury? Just need to feel like your shoulders aren't permanently attached to your ears? I listen, and then I adjust my approach. I blend deep tissue work with Swedish massage, sports massage, and Lomi Lomi techniques to meet you where you are.
My studio in Boston is clean, private, and quiet—the kind of space where you can actually relax and let your body do what it needs to do. I pay close attention to pressure; too light and we're just skimming the surface, too hard and you're bracing against it. I'm after that sweet spot where the tension releases and the knots actually come out. Whether you come to me in the studio or I come to you across the Boston area within a 25-mile radius, you'll get the same focused attention and skilled hands.
I can't wait to work together and help you feel the difference.

The best massage I've had in ages. Perfect pressure and so calming I actually dozed off partway through. Already booked my next appointment.
Very professional with excellent technique. I came in for deep tissue work on pain, and his acupressure work was outstanding. He nailed the relief I was looking for and I'll be back.
One of the top three best massages I've ever had. Soothing and deeply relaxing. I know I'll return.
Jay really listens. I mentioned I'm a runner with constantly tight legs, and he delivered exactly the right pressure and technique. His neck and shoulder work stands out, and I loved that he saves the heat for the end.
What a great massage. The pressure is spot-on and helped me relax so deeply I fell asleep. His work on the neck and shoulders is outstanding, plus he does some excellent stomach and rib work. I'm definitely coming back.
One of the best massages I've had. Came in with upper and lower back pain and left feeling significantly better. Jarred has the right pressure and really pays attention to knots. The space is clean and comfortable, and the price is fair. Thanks, I'm back for sure.
A fantastic massage after a stressful week. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, and his hands found all the tension spots. Definitely coming back.

How much does a massage cost in Boston?
Studio massage sessions are $80 for 30 minutes or $130 for 60 minutes. Mobile massage to your home or office in the Boston area costs $160 for 60 minutes and $200 for 90 minutes, and I serve up to 25 miles from Boston.
Do you offer mobile massage in the Boston area?
Yes, I bring a heated table and full setup to your home or office anywhere within 25 miles of Boston. Mobile sessions include music and a heated table so you get the same quality experience as in my studio.
What massage technique is best for tight neck and shoulders?
Deep tissue massage combined with Swedish and acupressure work is highly effective for neck and shoulder tension. I customize the pressure and techniques to reach the specific knots and release the chronic tightness that builds up from desk work or athletic activity.
Is there a massage therapist in Boston who does sports massage?
I offer sports massage as one of my core techniques, alongside deep tissue and Swedish massage. I've worked with runners, athletes, and active clients who need targeted work on problem areas before or after training.
What should I expect during my first massage appointment?
We start by talking about your goals and what brought you in—whether that's pain relief, recovery, or just relaxation. I'll ask about any injuries, tight spots, or areas to avoid, then you'll relax on a heated table in a private, quiet studio while I work with the right pressure and technique for your body.
Do you offer same-day or walk-in massage appointments in Boston?
I'm available 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today. For same-day availability, contact me directly, and I'll do my best to fit you in if there's an opening.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Square Cash, Venmo, and Zelle for maximum convenience.
Do you offer gift certificates or discounts for multiple sessions?
Yes, gift certificates are available, and I offer discounts for prepaid packages so you can lock in a series of sessions at a better rate. I also have discounts for military veterans, repeat clients, and birthday specials.
