About
Over 30 years of working with the human body has taught me that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. I trained at the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC, completing my 1000-hour certification between 1994 and 1996, and since then I've spent decades developing techniques that go far beyond basic massage. What started as deep tissue work evolved into something more intuitive, more alive. I began weaving in breathwork, energy healing, and what I call conscious embodiment — the idea that your body holds wisdom, and sometimes it just needs skilled hands and space to listen.
I work out of my home studio in Greenfield, Massachusetts, and I welcome you into a space that's been designed for real relaxation. Free off-street parking, heated towels warming while you settle in, soft music, candles, and the kind of quiet that lets your nervous system actually drop. I serve Greenfield and surrounding areas both in-studio and through mobile visits, working with clients who are dealing with chronic tension, athletes in recovery, people rebuilding after injury, or simply those who've carried stress in their shoulders for too long.
My approach blends acupressure, Swedish technique, reflexology, and the breathing and energy work I've refined over decades. You're not getting a generic session. You're getting someone who listens to what your body is telling them, who adjusts pressure and pace as we go, who knows that sometimes the deepest relief comes from slowing down and paying attention. I look forward to working with you.
