About
Twenty years of hands-on practice has taught me what actually works. I've spent two decades learning how the body responds to different kinds of pressure, rhythm, and attention — and I bring that knowledge into every session, whether you're walking in stiff from sitting at a desk or you're an athlete working through a recurring injury.
I trained at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where I studied anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology alongside the hands-on work. That foundation shaped how I practice today. I don't just apply techniques; I listen to what your body tells me and adjust on the fly.
My studio is based in Northampton, and I also serve clients in Longmeadow and Provincetown. I work in-studio and mobile, so I come to you if that's easier. I draw on deep tissue work, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point, Reiki, and aromatherapy — whatever combination serves you best on that day.
I've worked with a genuinely broad range of people: LGBTQIA+ clients, athletes and weekend warriors, busy professionals, grandparents, students. That diversity has made me a better therapist. I'm fully vaccinated, and I prefer text messages — no phone calls, please.
