About
Twenty-four years in this work has taught me one thing: your body knows what it needs. I just have to listen.
I started training in bodywork long before I knew how many different languages the body speaks. Over two decades, I've studied at the International Institute of Craniosacral Biodynamic in Switzerland, trained in therapeutic bodywork at the Green Mountain School of Massage in Vermont, and traveled to learn from expert sources around the globe. That education lives in my hands now, but it's intuition that guides how I use it.
When you come to my studio in Provincetown, Massachusetts, or when I travel to you within a 10-mile radius, you'll experience a freestyle approach that blends Ayurvedic, Thai, Swedish, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Jin Shin Do, Reiki, and Sports techniques. I don't pick a protocol and run it. I feel what your body is asking for—where the tension lives, what's locked, where you need deep pressure or space to breathe.
Clients tell me I'm in tune with their needs. They leave feeling relaxed, relieved of pain, and deeply at ease in themselves. I also offer meditation coaching, personal coaching, and yoga instruction because wellness isn't just about the table. It's about how you move through your life.
I'm a member of the LGBTQ+ community and proud to offer a thorough non-discriminatory space for everyone. I look forward to serving you in your relaxation and wellness needs.

Testimonials
I booked one massage with Adam while visiting Provincetown and ended up scheduling three sessions that week. He not only worked out the physical knots and postural problems from my desk job and golf routine, but his warmth, professionalism and sense of humor opened up a level of deep relaxation I didn't realize I'd been missing. His energy work had an effect on me too, which surprised me since I don't normally experience that kind of thing. If you're looking for the care of a true healer, Adam is someone you shouldn't miss.
From the start of each session, Adam shows he understands what your body is telling him. He identified my back issues, found my trigger points, and addressed the areas where I was hurting. I walked out noticeably better than when I arrived. His technique, knowledge, soothing voice and easy humor, combined with a welcoming studio, made every visit genuinely enjoyable. The stretching advice and guidance he gave me about pacing my activity has made a real difference in how I feel day-to-day. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
Hemasseur's Take
Clients praise Adam's ability to listen to their body's needs and address specific problem areas, from computer-related tension to sports injuries, with marked improvement after each visit. His combination of technical skill, calming presence, and humor creates an environment where deep relaxation becomes possible, and his energy work produces results even for skeptics. Visitors and locals alike describe leaving his studio in significantly better physical and emotional condition than they arrived.
