Twenty-two years of working with bodies in Detroit has taught me something simple: tension isn't just physical. It lives in your shoulders when you're stressed. It settles into your lower back when life feels heavy. It whispers through your nervous system when you haven't slowed down in months.

I've spent more than two decades as a massage therapist, educator, and spa consultant—first in the commercial world, then building my private practice here in Detroit. That experience shaped how I work now. I know what it takes to relieve aches caused by daily stressors. I know how to combine deep tissue work with Swedish and relaxation techniques so your muscles release and your whole self can drift into something closer to peace.

My studio in Detroit is professional, clean, and designed to feel calm the moment you walk in. Soft music plays. Candles burn quietly. The massage table is warm. I use aromatherapy, conscious breathwork, reflexology, shiatsu, and trigger point work—whatever your body needs to move from tension toward bliss. Some clients come for muscle relief. Others come to shift something emotional. Many need both.

I work in-studio most often, and I also serve Detroit and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius for outcalls, though in-studio sessions are preferred and more reliable. Text or call for a quick response—I keep evening and weekend hours so you can fit this into your real life.
