About

Eighteen years of working with bodies has taught me that tension doesn't announce itself loudly. It hides in the shoulders of someone who sits at a desk all day. It settles into the hips of someone who runs. It lives in the neck of someone carrying stress they didn't even know was there. I've spent nearly two decades learning how to find it, and more importantly, how to address it with precision instead of guesswork.

I trained at Lincoln Institute of Massage in Orange, California, where I studied 950 hours across multiple modalities. That foundation gave me the technical language my hands needed, but the real education came from listening to clients. From understanding what "deep" actually means to a body that's been in pain for years. From knowing when to apply steady, controlled pressure and when to pause.

In my Reno studio, I work with clients whose bodies carry significant physical stress. Athletes, desk workers, people recovering from injury, folks who've just run out of options elsewhere. I blend deep tissue, trigger point, lomi lomi, myofascial release, craniosacral work, and other techniques depending on what your body needs on that day. Some sessions call for the slow, intentional pressure of deep tissue. Others benefit from the lighter touch of lymphatic drainage or reflexology. I'm also experienced in reiki, Swedish massage, and tandem work when that's the right fit.

Each session happens in a private, quiet space where the only focus is your comfort and results. I ask questions at the beginning and check in throughout. I don't rush. I don't treat every body the same way, because every body isn't the same. You get my full attention, clear communication, and the kind of work that actually moves the needle on pain, mobility, and how you feel when you leave.

I'm available in my studio in Reno, and I also travel throughout Nevada and beyond—serving clients within a 100-mile radius with mobile massage. Whether you're on my table or I'm bringing my table to you, the work stays the same: focused, grounded, effective.

Text to confirm your appointment. I'm here 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.
