Over 14 years of hands-on massage therapy work has taught me something essential: most people don't just need relief. They need to feel genuinely cared for while they're healing. That understanding shapes everything I do in my Jersey City studio and across the wider region where I serve clients.
I started my career as a massage therapist and discovered early on that soft tissue work alone wasn't always the full answer. So I pursued training in energy work and crystal therapy—10 years of study and practice as a multi-level Reiki healer. I completed my Reiki certification through Pranah Body House in Atlanta, Georgia, levels 1 and 2, and that foundation opened up a completely different dimension of what healing could look like.
