About

Over two decades of hands-on massage work has taught me something simple but crucial: your body tells me what it needs, and my job is to listen and respond. Since 2001, I've been building a practice around one core belief: good massage doesn't have to break the bank, and skill doesn't fade just because you charge fairly.

I completed my Certificate of Massage Therapy at Somerset School of Massage Therapy in Somerset, New Jersey, back in 2001, and I've spent every year since then learning how different bodies respond to different pressures and techniques. I work from a clean, easy-to-reach studio in Springfield, New Jersey, where soft lighting and a quiet atmosphere let you actually relax instead of rushing through an appointment.

Here's what matters to me: when you first walk in, we talk. I want to know where you're sore, what's stressing you out, whether you've had massage before, and what you're hoping to feel like when you leave. That conversation shapes everything I do. Some clients need barely any pressure—deep touch can actually hurt if you're already tense. Others need serious deep tissue work on their lower back and shoulders. Some days you want Swedish massage, other days you need myofascial release or hot stone or neuromuscular work to break up tension.

I offer all of it, and I blend techniques together so you get exactly what your body needs right now, not some standard routine.

I use high-quality Biotone oils—unscented or scented, whatever feels right to you—and every session ends with a hot wet towel so you can clean up afterward. The gel oil hydrates your skin too, so you won't leave feeling greasy. I also provide body scrubs, cupping, mud treatments, and body trimming if that's what you're after.

I promise every client complete privacy and anonymity. You're safe here. My rates are the lowest in the area because I genuinely enjoy this work and I want massage to be within reach for everyone who needs it. If you have questions, call or text—I'm happy to talk through what might work best for you.

Fantastic and truly relaxing massage session.

Dec. 09, 2016 · Union City, NJ · in-studio

William has been my go-to massage therapist for a long time. I've seen many excellent therapists over the years, but Billy stands out because he's intuitive and flexible. Rather than giving me the same massage every visit, he reads my body and zeros in on exactly where the trouble spots are. I always leave feeling significantly relieved. He knows how to gradually build pressure and revisit problem areas during the session. With him, I'm able to fully relax and breathe deeply, getting into real deep tissue work in my lower back, neck, and shoulders. He's experienced and physically strong. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would.

FAQ

How much does a massage cost in Springfield, New Jersey?

A 60-minute session costs $70, and I also offer 30-minute sessions at $40 and 90-minute sessions at $100. My rates are the lowest in the Springfield area because I want to make quality massage affordable for everyone.

Does Billy offer mobile massage service near Springfield?

Yes, I offer both in-studio and mobile massage service. I come to clients throughout Springfield and the surrounding areas, so you can have a session at home or your office.

What's the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?

Swedish massage uses lighter, flowing strokes to relax and improve circulation, while deep tissue targets muscle tension and knots with firmer, slower pressure. During our first conversation, I'll find out which approach—or which blend of both—will work best for your needs.

What massage is best for lower back and neck pain?

That depends on what's causing your pain, but I typically blend deep tissue, neuromuscular, and myofascial release work to address tension in those areas. When you come in, I'll ask about your pain pattern and work a plan that targets exactly where you hurt.

Do you have same-day availability for massage in Springfield?

I'm available 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and most days, so same-day appointments are often possible. Text or call to check availability and book your session.

What oils do you use for massage?

I use high-quality Biotone oils, and you can choose between unscented or scented depending on your preference. The gel-based formula hydrates your skin, so you won't feel oily after your session.

Is your massage studio in Springfield easy to find and park at?

Yes, my studio is easy to locate with free parking available. It's a clean, comfortable space with soft lighting designed to help you relax from the moment you arrive.

What techniques do you offer besides Swedish and deep tissue?

I also specialize in hot stone, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and chair massage. I combine techniques based on what your body needs, so no two massages are exactly the same.
