About

Twenty-two years of practice have taught me that the body tells you everything if you listen closely. I graduated from Universidad de La Laguna with a degree in Physical Therapy back in 2004, worked in Spain for five years, then moved to New York in 2009. Since then, I've been working as both a Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist here in Kings Bridge, building a practice that goes way beyond surface-level relief.

Over the years, I've added layers to what I can offer. I trained in Yoga and Pilates, and just last year I became a personal trainer. That combination—physical therapy background, hands-on massage experience, movement training—means I understand how the body actually works, not just where it hurts.

My massage style blends several techniques depending on what you need: Canadian Deep Muscle, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular, Orthopedic, Sports massage, and Swedish. But here's what makes the work stick: I finish most sessions with gentle stretching tailored to your body. That combination maximizes everything we've done on the table.

I'm not just here to relieve pain, though that matters. My real goal is to help you understand how your body functions and how to properly care for it long-term. Whether you're recovering from injury, training for a marathon (I run marathons myself), or just carrying years of tension, I serve Kings Bridge and the surrounding areas both in my studio and through mobile visits within a 5-mile radius.

What massage techniques does David use?

I combine several approaches based on what your body needs: Canadian Deep Muscle, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular, Orthopedic, Sports massage, and Swedish. Most sessions end with gentle stretching to maximize the benefits and help your body integrate the work.

Do you offer anything beyond massage?

Yes. In addition to massage therapy, I offer physical therapy, yoga instruction, Pilates coaching, meditation coaching, and personal training. That background helps me see the whole picture of how your body moves and recovers, so I can give you better guidance on self-care between sessions.
