About
In 2022, I completed my massage training at Casa de Salud Noas in Mexico City — a school that taught me far more than technique. What I learned there was how to listen. How to feel what a body is actually asking for, rather than imposing a predetermined routine onto it.
I've been working with clients here in Queens for four years now, and that principle has only deepened. Every session I offer flows like a dance. I tune in the moment you arrive — to the tension you're holding, the weight you're carrying, whether it's physical or emotional. Then I respond. Some days that means deep tissue work. Other days it's acupressure, breathwork, Reiki, or a blend of everything.
My studio in Queens is small and intentional. The moment you walk in, the reset begins. Soft lighting, calming music, organic oils, the warmth of the table beneath you. But what happens inside the session goes beyond any of that. I've heard it from hundreds of clients: "I've never felt anything like that."
I welcome everyone — gay, straight, bisexual, LGBTQ+, women, men, all bodies, all backgrounds. This is a safe, non-judgmental space. Whether you're recovering from an injury, carrying stress in your shoulders and neck, or just need to reconnect with yourself, I'm here. You deserve this. Book in advance and let's get you on the table.

Testimonials
I experienced a four-hand massage with Alex and Fernando together, and it was one of the best sessions I've had in years. Finding a place that does legitimate massage work combined with real energy work is tough, but they absolutely nailed it. I'm definitely coming back. Really grateful for what they offer.
Such a unique experience from start to finish. The moment you meet Alex, you feel his calm presence. The massage itself was incredibly soothing, and afterward I felt completely peaceful, grounded, and ready to move through my day. I'd suggest keeping your schedule clear after so you can rest and soak it all in.
I've been back three times now and each session gets better. Walking in immediately puts you at ease — the space is calm, peaceful, welcoming. Alex greets you with warmth and professionalism, making sure you feel safe and ready to relax. His work goes way beyond standard massage — he weaves in breathwork, meditation, and other tools that make each session completely unique. He stays attuned throughout, asking about pressure and adjusting to what your body actually needs. I've never had a massage quite like this — it's grounding, deeply restorative, and totally different from anything else I've tried. Alex has a real gift, and you can feel the care he puts into every session. If you want something beyond the usual, book with him. You won't regret it.
Alex delivers some of the most calming and restorative massages I've ever had. His blend of strong deep tissue technique with energy healing creates something both deeply therapeutic and wonderfully soothing. I always walk out feeling refreshed and grateful I found him. Highly recommend.

FAQ
What is the difference between massage and energy healing at your studio in Queens?
Massage focuses on releasing physical tension through hands-on technique, while energy healing like Reiki works with the subtle body to promote calm and balance. I combine both in every session — your nervous system gets the benefit of deep tissue work while your energy system settles and resets.
How much does a massage cost in Queens at your studio?
A 30-minute session is $100 and a 60-minute session is $165. I also offer mobile massage in Queens and surrounding areas, and discounts are available for students, massage therapists, and birthdays — just ask when you book.
Do you offer same-day appointments in Queens, New York?
I recommend booking in advance to reserve your spot, as my calendar fills up regularly. Contact me directly to check availability for same-day or next-day sessions.
What techniques do you use in your massage sessions?
I blend acupressure, aromatherapy, conscious breathwork, deep tissue, Reiki, and sports massage depending on what your body needs in the moment. There's no one-size-fits-all approach — I listen and respond to you.
Is your studio in Queens accessible and private?
Yes, my cozy studio offers a private massage table, a private restroom, soft lighting, calming music, and aromatherapy. Bottled water, tea, and candles create a calm environment from the moment you arrive.
Do you offer mobile massage services in Queens?
Yes, I offer mobile massage and can come to you in Queens and surrounding areas. Contact me to arrange an in-home session that works with your schedule.
What should I expect after my first massage with you?
Most clients leave feeling quieter, lighter, and more themselves. Plan to do nothing afterward so you can fully relax and integrate the experience — avoid heavy meals, strenuous activity, or rushing back to work.
Do you offer meditation coaching or personal coaching services?
Yes, in addition to massage and Reiki, I offer meditation coaching and personal coaching to help you deepen the work we do on the table and extend the benefits into your daily life.
