I trained and got certified in Thailand and Mexico, then added further training here in the USA. That combination of international technique and years of local practice is something I bring to every session.
My approach blends Swedish and sports massage with warm-up work using a mechanical massage gun, plus stretching to help your muscles settle. I use strong hands because that's what works — that deep, steady pressure that melts away the tension you've been carrying. But strength without care is just force. I start every session with a real conversation about your specific areas, the spots that need extra attention, the pain or stress that brought you in.
