About

Twenty-three years of hands-on practice have taught me that massage is never just mechanical. Every session I'm working with the full spectrum of what someone brings to the table—their physical tension, their energy, their need to feel safe and cared for.

I trained at Blue Cliff College in Louisiana and continued building my education across Eastern and Western modalities. That foundation shaped how I work now: I approach each person as a whole being, not just a collection of tight muscles. My studio in Yonkers is designed as a calm space where that kind of deeper work can happen. When you come in, you'll find a heated table waiting, soft music, fresh tea if you want it, a shower if you need one afterward.

What I focus on in every session is grounding and reconditioning. I read what your body is telling me—where tension has gathered, where the energy flow has gotten stuck—and I work with acupressure, trigger point release, myofascial work, shiatsu, reiki, whatever your particular situation calls for. The techniques are the mechanics. But the intention behind them is what actually heals.

I'm also mobile, serving Yonkers and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. Whether you come to the studio or I come to you, you'll find the same approach: attention to your physical alignment and your energy body together, a space where healing can actually occur. I work from a place of genuine respect for every person who walks through the door. LGBTQ clients, all backgrounds, all bodies—everyone is welcome here.
