About

Twenty-six years of massage work has taught me something simple: the slower you go, the deeper the healing happens. I'm a graduate of Crestone Healing Arts in Colorado, where I trained in Jin Shin Do and the energetic foundations that shape how I work today. I've kept my licenses current by taking 24 educational units every two years, staying connected to the craft in ways that matter.

My studio in downtown Asheville, North Carolina is a private, boutique space where you're the only client in the room. It's smoke-free, pet-free, and built to feel safe—a place where your body and emotions can both be cared for. I use an Asian-style approach with long, full-body strokes that range from light to firm pressure, always moving with intention. Every massage includes hot stones to soften muscle before I work deeper into sore areas. I apply gentle Thai stretching to carefully bring you to your edge, then guide you into a level of deep relaxation that most people rarely experience.

I heat the massage table, use aromatherapy to enhance the experience, and I'm especially trained in conscious breathwork to help you settle in. If you want more hands on your body, I offer four-handed sessions with another licensed therapist. I work with all body types and genuinely welcome GLBTQ+ clients—this is a place where you belong.

Every session includes sauna access, so you can extend the warmth and the calm. I'm serving Asheville and surrounding areas, and I look forward to working with you.

What is Jin Shin Do massage?

Jin Shin Do is an acupressure-based technique that combines finger pressure on acupoints with gentle stretching and breathing awareness. I trained in Jin Shin Do at Crestone Healing Arts in Colorado and blend it with my other techniques to help clients reach deep relaxation.

Is your massage studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes, my downtown Asheville studio is fully handicapped accessible. The space is designed to welcome all clients comfortably.

What should I expect during my first massage in Asheville?

During intake, I connect with you to understand what your body needs. The massage itself is slow, soothing work—long strokes that improve circulation, hot stones to soften muscle, gentle Thai stretching, and aromatherapy. The heated table and sauna access are included. Most clients reach a level of deep relaxation they don't experience elsewhere.

Do you offer couples massage or four-handed massage?

Yes, I offer four-handed tandem massage with another licensed therapist upon request. This provides extra coverage and a deeper experience. Contact me to arrange availability and pricing.
