Nineteen years of working with clients' bodies teaches you something that no textbook can. I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2007, when I trained at the Acupuncture & Massage College in Miami, and in nearly two decades I've learned that healing happens when you show up consistently, listen to what a person needs, and bring real skill to your hands.
I work with everyone. Straight clients, gay clients, men, women — what matters is that you're here because you're hurting or stressed or just ready to feel better. I specialize in deep tissue, hot stone, shiatsu, Swedish, and Thai massage. Some of my clients come in tight and anxious and leave calm. Others are recovering from strains and injuries and need that strong, steady pressure to help their muscles let go. A few just want an hour that's entirely theirs, in a quiet room where nothing else matters.
I have a studio in Raleigh where we can work in the comfort of a private space, and I also travel throughout the RDU area and down to Pinehurst, serving the Sandhills region. Whether you'd rather I come to your home or you come to me, I'm here to help you alleviate anxiety, insomnia, muscle tension — whatever brought you to look for help. I work early mornings and late evenings, six days a week, because I know life is busy and you shouldn't have to choose between getting well and fitting it into your schedule.
