About

Twenty-six years of hands-on work has taught me that the body doesn't separate into isolated problems—your tight shoulders affect your lower back, your hip alignment shapes how you walk, and physical tension holds psychological stress that won't budge until you address both. I've spent more than a quarter century learning how to read what your muscles and connective tissue are actually telling me, and I use that knowledge to work with real depth and precision.

I trained in psychology at the University of Rhode Island and earned my BSN from Rhode Island College, but my real education came through years of studying the body's mechanics. I became a Reiki Master through the Master of Reiki Usui Shikoku Ryho program in Fort Lauderdale, which deepened my understanding of how energy and structure work together. That foundation lets me move fluidly between deep tissue work, trigger point release, lomi lomi, rolfing, acupressure, and shiatsu—switching techniques the moment I feel your body needs something different.

What I do is blend physical therapy principles, stretching, chiropractic understanding, and energy work to break up adhesions, realign your hips and shoulders, and free up movement that other practitioners have missed. I use my hands, fingers, forearms, and elbows to apply deep, sustained pressure where it matters, then balance that with soothing long strokes from head to foot. Every session includes free spinal decompression on a reverse gravity table before we begin—your spine needs that reset.

My clients come back because they feel actual results. People tell me that after other healthcare professionals fell short, a session here finally corrected what was limiting them. You'll experience this work in a studio space that's calm, clean, and judgment-free—a place where you can relax completely while I get to work on the real source of your pain. I'm serving Cincinnati and surrounding areas, both in my studio and through mobile sessions. Let me show you what your body can feel like when someone truly understands how all its systems connect.

Testimonials

I found Dale through Masseur Finder based on his profile and booked a session to address neck and lower back pain I thought was misaligned. His studio felt comfortable and welcoming. During the session I immediately felt the strength in his hands and how skillfully he worked. He combined gentle pressure with precise manipulation, addressing my neck, shoulders, and upper back while still treating my whole body thoroughly. By Sunday, two days later, my neck and back pain were completely gone and I felt fully aligned.

Dale demonstrates excellence in his massage techniques and possesses an outstanding understanding of the body with excellent technical skills. He instinctively knows how to address areas of concern and effectively relieves built-up muscle tension and stress. He provided solid information about managing my shoulder issues and offered guidance on dealing with arthritis. He's also genuinely a nice person, and I'd recommend him without hesitation.

FAQ

How much does deep tissue massage cost in Cincinnati?

Deep tissue massage at my studio in Cincinnati starts at $150 for 75 minutes or $200 for 120 minutes. I combine deep tissue with other techniques like trigger point, rolfing, and myofascial release based on what your body needs.

Does Dale offer mobile massage in Cincinnati?

Yes, I offer both studio and mobile massage services serving Cincinnati and surrounding areas. You can book a session at my studio or I can come to your location—either way, you get the same thorough, integrative approach.

What massage techniques are best for sciatic pain?

Trigger point work, deep tissue massage, and active joint mobilization are highly effective for sciatic pain because they address the muscles compressing the nerve and rebalance your hip and lower back alignment. I also integrate stretching and physical therapy principles to give you lasting relief, not just temporary comfort.

Can massage help with neck and shoulder tension from desk work?

Absolutely. I specialize in releasing the muscle tension and adhesions that build up from prolonged sitting and poor posture. I combine deep tissue work, trigger point release, and stretching to address both the obvious tight spots and the underlying imbalances that cause the problem to return.

Do you offer same-day appointments in Cincinnati?

I'm available daily from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., so same-day bookings are often possible depending on my schedule. Text or call to check availability and reserve your time.

What makes your massage different from franchise massage chains?

I take the time to assess your entire body, not just the area you think hurts. I use a range of techniques—lomi lomi, rolfing, acupressure, shiatsu, and more—and switch between them based on what I feel in your tissue. My clients consistently say that one session with me produces results other therapists couldn't achieve in multiple visits.

Do you provide nutrition consulting or physical therapy advice?

Yes, I offer nutrition consulting and physical therapy services alongside massage. This means I can give you stretches, exercises, and dietary guidance to support your recovery and prevent problems from returning.

What is the free spinal decompression table used for?

The reverse gravity table gently decompresses your spine before massage, creating space between vertebrae, reducing pressure on nerves, and preparing your nervous system to relax. It's a valuable reset that makes the massage work even more effectively.
