At Kent State, I earned my M.S. in User Experience Design, and that same attention to detail shapes how I approach every massage session. I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) trained through Yoga Alliance, and I hold a B.A. in Communication from The Ohio State University. But my most formative education came from my years as a classically trained professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer—I learned how the body speaks, where tension lives, and what real recovery feels like.
I've been doing bodywork for more than six years now, working out of two professional studio spaces: one in downtown Columbus, Ohio, and another in Louisville, Kentucky. Over that time, I've discovered that customized massage isn't one size fits all. Some clients need deep pressure to release old knots in the shoulders and back. Others come in stressed and tight and benefit more from a lighter, conscious breathwork approach paired with gentle acupressure.
