About
Twenty-five years of hands-on massage work across three continents have taught me what bodies need to heal. I started as a massage therapist in Brazil back in 1978, working in clubs and gyms in São Paulo before relocating to the United States. Once I settled here, I completed my formal training in the Massage Therapist Program at Heritage Institute in Falls Church, Virginia, graduating in March 2003.
That education built on what I'd already learned through years of practice. Now, working here in Allentown, Pennsylvania, I draw on deep tissue, sports massage, and relaxation techniques to address what my clients bring to the table. Whether someone's recovering from an injury, training hard, or simply carrying tension from daily life, I know how to read the body and respond to what it needs.
I serve Allentown and surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius, including Palmerton, Walnutport, and Jim Thorpe. You can work with me in my studio or I'll come to you. I offer several approaches, blending acupressure, aromatherapy, reflexology, shiatsu, Swedish massage, and sports techniques. I've worked in Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and here in Pennsylvania long enough to understand what works, and I'm here to help you feel better.
