About

Training at the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown taught me that real bodywork isn't a script—it's a conversation between your hands and someone's body. I finished my program in August 2025, and what struck me most was learning how to listen. Not just with my ears, but with my palms and fingertips, paying attention to how tissue responds, where tension lives, what kind of pressure actually creates change.

I bring that attentiveness into every session. I blend Swedish and deep tissue techniques, moving fluidly between them based on what I feel beneath my hands and what you tell me you need. Some clients come in looking for light, sustained pressure. Others need something deeper. I adjust in real time, never rushing, never defaulting to routine. Sessions are intentional. You should leave noticing a difference.

I've traveled to more than 30 countries studying how different cultures understand touch and healing. That's shaped how I show up in my studio here in Harrisburg—with presence, precision, and genuine care. As a gay man who has worked closely within the LGBTQ+ community, I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable and respected in a therapeutic space. My studio is minimal, modern, warm, and cozy. Therapeutic boundaries are clear. My goal is simple: you walk out feeling better and confident you've found the right person to return to.

I work in-studio in Harrisburg and also serve surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius as a mobile therapist. Available 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.

FAQ

How much does deep tissue massage cost in Harrisburg?

Deep tissue sessions at my Harrisburg studio start at $100 for 75 minutes and go up to $150 for 105 minutes. I blend deep tissue with Swedish techniques and adjust pressure in real time based on what your body needs, so you get exactly the kind of work that serves you that day.

Is there a mobile massage therapist near Harrisburg?

Yes—I offer mobile massage therapy throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius. I bring a heated massage table and all my equipment to your home or office, available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.

What's the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?

Swedish massage uses longer, flowing strokes and lighter to moderate pressure to relax muscles and improve circulation. Deep tissue targets knots and chronic tension with slower, stronger pressure on deeper muscle layers. I often blend both in a single session, starting lighter and going deeper where your body shows it needs attention.

How long is a massage session?

I offer two session lengths: 75 minutes for $100 or 105 minutes for $150, both in-studio or mobile. Longer sessions let me work more thoroughly and give your nervous system time to truly settle.

Does Jabes offer same-day appointments?

I'm available 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day, so same-day bookings are often possible depending on my schedule. Contact me directly to check availability for your preferred time.

What techniques do you use?

I work with Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone therapy, and reflexology. Each session is customized—I blend techniques based on what I feel in your body and what outcomes you're looking for.

Is your studio accessible in Harrisburg?

My studio in Harrisburg is designed to be comfortable and welcoming. I offer free parking, a heated massage table, hot towels, and a minimal, modern space focused on real bodywork and your comfort.
