About
Over 40 years of working with clients' bodies has taught me something simple: the best massage meets you exactly where you are. Some days you need deep, focused work to unlock tension in your back, shoulders, or neck. Other days you need to sink into pure relaxation. I trained in Swedish massage at the Swedish Institute in Manhattan back in 1986, and that foundation—combined with decades of listening to what clients actually need—is what guides my hands today.
I've spent four decades learning how to blend deep tissue work with soothing Swedish technique. That combination is my sweet spot. I can work out problem areas without leaving you sore, or I can give you a completely relaxing treatment if that's what your body's asking for. I'm particularly skilled at addressing tension in the back, shoulders, and neck. I also do glute, chest, and belly massage work that clients find incredibly effective.
My studio is in my home here in Bristol, Tennessee, and that's where most sessions happen. The table is heated, there's soft music, and you'll feel completely taken care of. The knots loosen. The stress eases. I'm LGBT-friendly and work with women, men, and couples. I rarely do outcalls these days, though I'm open to them depending on distance and time of day.
If you're looking for real therapeutic relief—not a rushed chain-store experience—let's talk.
