During my training at Austin Community College from 2022 to 2023, I learned something that shapes every session I deliver: the body speaks in layers, and listening matters more than rushing. I studied deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish technique, and trigger point work—not to apply them like a checklist, but to hear what each client's muscles are actually asking for.
I'm Federico, and for the past five years I've been bringing that training into the real world, working with clients throughout Texas. My studio sits right here in Dallas, but I also travel within a 10-mile radius to bring spa-quality bodywork directly to your home. The setup varies—studio or your living room—but my approach stays the same: I show up early, ask the right questions, and customize every minute to your pressure, your goals, your body.
