Trained at Northwest Career College in Las Vegas back in 2015, I walked into my first client session thinking I knew what massage was. Eleven years later, I understand that every body has its own language, and my job is to listen.
What I learned in that foundational year—anatomy, technique, how to move with precision—became the foundation. But it's the thousands of hours since then that taught me the real skill: how to feel what your body needs before you even say it out loud. That's where breathwork comes in. When we sync your breath with the pressure I'm applying, something shifts. Your nervous system settles. Your mind stops racing. The healing goes deeper because you're not just receiving the massage—you're connected to it.
I work with clients in my Dallas studio and travel throughout the surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius, so whether you come to me or I come to you, the experience stays the same.
