About

Nineteen years of hands-on work with clients across Dallas has taught me something simple: your body tells a story, and if I listen closely enough, I can help it heal.

I came into this field through kinesiology and personal training at Midwestern State University back in the mid-1990s. That foundation in how muscles work, how joints move, how training stresses the body—it's been everything. I've watched athletes push through CrossFit workouts, runners log hundreds of miles, desk workers hunched over stress and tension. Each person's body is different, and each session needs to meet that body where it actually is, not where some template says it should be.

My approach blends deep tissue work, trigger point release, myofascial work, and techniques like Thai massage, Jin Shin Do, and Zero Balancing. I studied Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho at Omega Health Institute here in Dallas, and I layer in conscious breathwork and CranioSacral Therapy when a client needs it. The point isn't the technique itself—it's what your body responds to. I've trained as a personal trainer and coach, so I understand movement, recovery, and where pain actually comes from. That edge helps me find the overlooked areas, the spots that other therapists miss.

You'll find my studio in Dallas private and calm, with everything you need to arrive stressed and leave with genuine relief. I keep my schedule lean so I'm fully present for each client—fresh hands, sharp focus, real attention. I work with men of all ages, body types, backgrounds, and stories. No judgment, just healing.

Serving Dallas and the surrounding areas, both in my studio and through mobile sessions. Whether you're dealing with chronic tightness, sports recovery, or just the weight of daily stress, I'm here to help your body remember what it feels like to move and breathe freely.

Testimonials

After five sessions, I can say Miguel is operating at a different level. His space, his energy, his knowledge, his touch—everything stands out. He's used massage, cupping, and red light therapy to resolve my recurring back and shoulder pain from work stress and workouts. What sets him apart is that he explains what's causing my pain at each visit and how to prevent it going forward. I'm healthier, feel less pain, and book him regularly now for both the physical release and mental escape. He's made a real difference in my overall wellness.

Miguel delivered exactly what his profile promised. His studio is immaculate with a private bathroom, and as a powerlifter, I really value that he invested in an actual commercial massage table. He applied the right pressure in all the right spots and used stretching techniques that opened up my tight shoulders, hips, and glutes. The healing effects lasted long after I left. Despite his athletic build, he's genuinely friendly and comforting. I've been back several times and his consistency is impressive.

A friend recommended Miguel and he didn't let me down. As a runner and CrossFit athlete, I needed someone intuitive and knowledgeable who could tackle my tightness and soreness. Most therapists require me to direct the work, but Miguel took over and I just relaxed into it. His massage hit every problem area with the right mix of deep pressure, stretching, and trigger point work. The tightness just melted away. His place is well-maintained with convenient parking. I've already referred him and booked my next session.
