Seventeen years of hands-on work with clients has taught me what real relief looks like. I've spent nearly two decades learning how different bodies respond to deep tissue pressure, how trigger points release when you find exactly the right angle, how Swedish strokes calm a nervous system that's been running on overdrive. That experience informs every session I do.
I trained at ATI Career Training Centers right here in Fort Worth, where I learned the foundations of massage therapy and developed the skill to blend techniques. These days, I move between deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, and trigger point work depending on what your body needs. Some clients come in carrying tension from desk work or old injuries. Others are athletes pushing their limits and need recovery support. My job is to listen, feel what's happening in the tissue, and apply the right approach.
I work both in my studio here in Fort Worth and mobile throughout the surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius.
