About

Seventeen years of hands-on bodywork have taught me that there's no such thing as a standard session. Every body walks in with its own story—tight shoulders from desk work, a runner's sore hip flexors, chronic lower back tension that's been there so long you've almost stopped noticing it. What I've learned in nearly two decades of practice is that real relief comes from listening to what your body actually needs that day, then adapting my technique to meet it there.

I'm Nicholas, a mobile massage therapist serving Frisco and across North Dallas. My approach blends deep tissue work with Thai massage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and other techniques I've refined over years of working with athletes, desk workers, and anyone dealing with chronic tension. I don't use a template. I use my hands, forearms, elbows, and sometimes my knees and feet to work deeply and intuitively, staying fully present with each client so the pressure and technique shift moment to moment based on what I'm feeling under my hands.

As a mobile practice, I bring everything to you. That means you're not rushing back into your day or your commute—you unwind right there in your own space, in that quiet afterward, where the real recovery happens. I work with a limited number of clients each day by design. That's not a constraint; it's how I stay effective and grounded.

Outside the treatment room, I'm a lifter, a runner, a hiker. I live and breathe recovery and movement myself, so I understand both the physical stress your body carries and why feeling good in your skin matters. Before I head to Iceland this summer, I'm opening a limited round of sessions in Frisco and North Dallas. Availability is tight, but if you're ready to feel noticeably better, text to book.

Testimonials

That was genuinely the best massage I've ever experienced.

June 24, 2025 · Denton, TX · mobile

His deep tissue work was exactly what I needed—he found every area that was holding tension without me having to tell him where, and he knew precisely how much pressure to apply.

Sept. 04, 2016 · Durham, NC · mobile

Nick brought serious expertise and refined skill to every technique, finding tension and restriction I didn't even know was there, then methodically worked it back into balance. I was struck by both his technical ability and his professionalism. If you're searching for someone who truly understands massage and can deliver the real thing, he's absolutely worth booking.
