Training at Houston LMT from 2011 to 2012 gave me a foundation in the mechanics of the body, but eight years in the field is what taught me how to listen. My clients come in tight, stressed, carrying their weeks in their shoulders and lower back. What I've learned is that real relief isn't one-note. It's the combination of very therapeutic deep and firm pressure where you need it, stretching to lengthen what's tight, and then a more relaxing full body massage that lets your nervous system finally settle.
I'm trained in sports massage, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques. I also work with acupressure, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, and aromatherapy because different bodies need different things. Some clients walk in needing to recover from training or injury. Others just need to feel human again after months of tension.
