About
Twenty-four years of working with clients' bodies has taught me something simple: tension lives where we hold stress, and the right touch can shift both. I started my training at the North Texas Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Lewisville back in 2002, then deepened my skills in deep tissue work through the Academy for Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio. Over the years, I've kept learning—studying stretch techniques, energy work, and most recently, the traditional massage styles of Thailand and Bali during my travels there.
What I do now is blend those worlds together. You'll experience Swedish, deep tissue, and Thai techniques in the same session, often with hot stones warming your muscles and easing the knots you didn't even know you were carrying. My studio here in Irving is designed to let you actually relax—memory foam table, fresh linens, soft lighting, music that doesn't distract. You walk in tense and walk out feeling your shoulders drop for the first time in weeks.
I've always made space for gay men and the LGBTQ+ community in my practice, and that care extends to everyone who comes through the door. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from injury, or just need to stop holding your breath for a while, this is a private, judgment-free place. I'm offering daytime and evening sessions now, and I also bring my work to you—mobile massage serving Irving and the surrounding 50-mile radius. Text me to book; I keep your privacy as seriously as you do.

Testimonials
Jack, I feel incredible today. Thank you so much for the work you did. The pain relief was outstanding—I came home, drank a ton of water, and slept like I haven't in months. Definitely booking again.
What a wonderful session. The stretching did wonders for my lower back, and I loved the hot eucalyptus towels and the facial massage on top of it all. See you soon.
That warm table and those massage strokes felt like heaven. The soft lighting is exactly my style. Such a comfortable place—I nearly fell asleep.
First massage ever and I was nervous, but Jack made me feel so at ease. His hands have a gift. I can't wait to come back.
You're the best, Jack. I should really get on a regular schedule with you instead of waiting until I'm totally wound up and desperate for relief.
