About
Eighteen years of hands-on work with clients has taught me that real healing happens when you listen to what the body is telling you. I came to this work after spending years in counseling and environmental health—background that shaped how I think about care, safety, and the person on the table in front of me.
My studio in Mesquite is set up to let that work happen. The heated, memory foam table, the warm room with soft music and essential oils, the shower available before and after—these aren't extras. They're part of how we create space for your body to actually let go. I work with Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, and medical massage techniques. Most sessions I'm combining a few of these, reading what you need as we go.
I use hydrocollator heat packs and ice to ease inflammation. I focus where the knots live—your shoulders, lower back, feet, wherever you're holding tension. A lot of clients come in wound tight and leave feeling like they slept for the first time in weeks. That's the work.
I'm fully vaccinated and boosted, and I keep this a judgment-free space. LGBTQQIA+ and non-binary folks are welcomed here. You'll feel safe, your privacy matters, and confidentiality is non-negotiable. I'm mindful of what you need before you even say it.
The studio is in a quiet residential spot in Mesquite, easy to reach by car, Uber, or Lyft, with plenty of street parking. First-time customers pay before the session starts. When you book, just send me your name, the date you want, and how long you'd like—45 minutes, 65, 70, or 90. Show up as a customer, leave as a client. That's how I see it.

I've seen Craig over six times. His hands are the best, and the attention he pays to my feet as a dance teacher is a true gift. Don't wait to get on his table and let him work his magic. The hot towel finish at the end is the perfect way to close out an outstanding massage.
