A new beginning school of massage in Killingly, Connecticut taught me the foundation of bodywork, but eleven years working with clients across Richardson and the northern metroplex taught me how to listen to what a body really needs.
I've been massaging in this area for a decade now, and I recently shifted my full focus back to the work. Most of my practice is mobile, which means I bring my heated table to you, set up in your own space, and work through whatever's tight, sore, or stuck. It's convenient for you, and honestly, it lets me focus on what matters: your muscles.
Every session is custom. I start by understanding what you're dealing with—a stiff shoulder, lower back pain, recovery from sports, just chronic tension—and then I build the massage around that. I blend deep tissue, trigger point work, sports massage, and Swedish technique, whatever your body responds to. The goal is always the same: fix what's broken, help you move better, get you relief.
