Thirty years of practice has taught me that healing lives at the intersection of body and spirit. What began as formal massage therapy training at the Austin School of Massage Therapy in 1995 evolved into something far deeper. Over three decades, I've watched clients transform not just physically, but in ways they couldn't quite name until weeks later—a lightness, a clarity, a sense of balance they'd lost.
Today, my work in San Antonio blends that foundation across a range of techniques. I draw from acupressure, shiatsu, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and zero balancing. But increasingly, I focus on what lies beneath the surface. I'm certified in traditional Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki, and Karuna Reiki, and I've undertaken formal training in Shamanic healing, an ancient practice that addresses the whole person—not just the physical ache, but the energetic imbalance that often sits underneath it.
