About

Deep tissue work paired with breathwork and trigger point release—that's where the real healing happens. I've spent eight years learning how to move people through layers of held tension, not just smooth it over. My Hawaiian and Swedish heritage shaped how I approach bodywork: I blend the grounding, release-focused intensity of deep tissue with the presence and awareness that breathwork brings. When you're on my table in San Marcos, you're not just getting a massage. You're working toward a deeper connection with your own body.

I'm located on the Kyle side of San Marcos, and I serve the Austin and San Marcos metro areas, with regular travel to New Braunfels and the greater San Antonio region. I work in-studio and mobile—whatever feels right for you.

My practice has always been a safe space. As a father and entrepreneur, I'm explicitly inclusive to gay, bi, and GBTQ clients. Men's nervous systems heal best when they feel genuinely welcome, and that matters. Whether you're an athlete needing sports massage, someone carrying stress in your hips and shoulders, or a person ready to reconnect with your body through conscious breathwork and myofascial release, I meet you where you are.

I work on a sliding scale donation basis—accessibility matters to me as much as skill does. If you want more than an average massage, reach out. Let's make sure we're aligned.

With aloha spirit and a grateful heart.

My session with Case was excellent. He understands exactly where to apply the right amount of pressure and paid careful attention to the areas that needed the most work. His knowledge and awareness throughout the session was clear. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. I left feeling calm and able to tackle whatever comes next. Case, thank you for that.
