About

My education in massage therapy came through Intermountain Massage Therapy College in Bountiful, where I studied the science of healing touch from March 2018 to March 2019. But that training was built on a foundation I'd started years earlier. I earned my Associates Degree from Weber State University in Ogden, which gave me real knowledge of human anatomy and physiology — the kind that lets me read what's happening in your body the moment my hands touch the table.

Over 8 years, I've learned that intuition isn't magic. It's the result of thousands of hours spent with clients, learning to sense where tension lives, understanding how emotion gets stored in muscle, and recognizing that every single person who walks through my door has unique challenges that need focus and skill to address.

I trained in sports massage and medical modalities because I wanted to work with people who are injured, in pain, or serious about recovery. As someone who's deep into health and fitness, I know how the body moves, breaks down, and heals. I work with everyone — athletes, office workers, people dealing with chronic pain, anyone who appreciates real bodywork. I'm inclusive, and I create a space where you feel safe.

My focus is straightforward: restore physical and emotional balance, address injury and prevention, reduce stress and anxiety. We live in a non-touch society, but touch is profoundly healing. I blend aromatherapy, deep tissue, trigger point, shiatsu, sports massage, myofascial release, hot stone, reflexology, and Swedish techniques — whatever your body needs that day.

I work from my studio in Farmington, Utah, and I also serve the surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius as a mobile massage therapist. Either way, you get the same level of care, intuition, and skill. I'm your massage guy, and I genuinely care about your health and well-being.
