About

Seventeen years of working with clients has taught me something fundamental: the body doesn't lie. It carries tension where you've stopped listening to it, and it responds when someone takes the time to understand what it's actually asking for.

I came to massage through a path many wouldn't expect. As a former bodybuilder, I learned how muscles work—how they compensate, where they hold stress, what real strength looks like underneath the surface. That knowledge became the foundation for everything I do now. I studied massage therapy at New Skills in Los Angeles, completing my training in 2024, but the real education has been every session since, reading bodies, adjusting pressure and technique to what each person needs.

My studio sits in the heart of Sugar House, just eight minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and conveniently close to the airport. I've designed it as a space where you can actually relax—an oversized massage table, fresh linens, a shower if you want one, soft lighting, and soon, a sauna and red-light therapy setup. The room stays calm, music playing just right, temperature controlled. It's the opposite of rushing.

I work with Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, acupressure, and hot stone techniques, blending them based on what your body needs. Some sessions call for sustained pressure and slow stretching. Others need intensity and trigger point work. I read that as we go.

I also offer mobile massage throughout Salt Lake City and Utah County—bringing my own table, oils, music, and the same quality to hotel rooms and homes across the Wasatch Front, including Park City. Couples massage is available too.

What matters most to me is that you leave feeling heard and relieved. That you trust the space, and the person in it. I'm proud to be part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I've built this practice to be genuinely safe and welcoming for everyone who walks through the door.

This mobile session at my hotel was a game-changer. Fausto showed up with a complete setup—table, linens, everything—and created a serene professional atmosphere right in the room. What stood out was his body knowledge; he worked on areas I hadn't mentioned but clearly needed attention. I felt noticeably better afterward.
