I finished my license in April 2024, and in that year and a half since, I've learned something simple but important: the body, while complex, responds best to consistent, straightforward work.
I practice deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, sports massage, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, orthopedic work, and ortho-bionomy. I blend these techniques to address what you're dealing with—pain, discomfort, stress, tension. Every session is therapeutic bodywork, done with draping, and customized to what your body needs right now.
