About

Myotherapy Massage College of Utah gave me nearly 1,000 hours of training in a range of bodywork techniques, and that education shaped how I work with clients today. I finished my license in April 2024, and in that year and a half since, I've learned something simple but important: the body, while complex, responds best to consistent, straightforward work.

I practice deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, sports massage, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, orthopedic work, and ortho-bionomy. I blend these techniques to address what you're dealing with—pain, discomfort, stress, tension. Every session is therapeutic bodywork, done with draping, and customized to what your body needs right now.

What matters to me as much as the work itself is how I run my studio. You deserve flexibility, fair pricing, and honest representation of what you're getting. All appointments are by advance booking only—I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. I offer in-studio sessions here in Salt Lake City, and I also provide mobile massage therapy, serving Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. My studio has a heated massage table, hot towels, free parking, full accessibility, and a calm space designed to help you relax and recover.
