About
In 2013, I completed my massage therapy training at Utah College of Massage Therapy in Lindon, and that foundation opened something I wasn't expecting: a path that would let me blend clinical bodywork with something deeper. Over the past 13 years, I've watched how the body holds tension not just in muscle, but in energy and emotion. That's what drew me toward shamanic training, which I continue to pursue.
What I offer now is a unique experience that goes beyond traditional massage. I combine proven techniques like Ashiatsu, deep tissue, Swedish, and trigger point work with an intuitive, shamanic approach. Each session becomes a journey. You're not just getting pressure applied to sore muscles, though that absolutely happens. You're stepping into a space where physical pain management, energy balance, and emotional renewal happen together.
My studio in Sandy is designed to support that kind of healing. The table is heated, the lighting is soft, essential oils fill the air, and I have access to a shower and hygiene products so you can transition fully into the experience. I also offer body scrubs and cupping to deepen the work.
I'm client-centered above all else. I create a safe, affirming space for everyone, and I focus especially on serving the LGBTQ+ community. You're invited to show up exactly as you are, to be seen and accepted. I'm here to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, whatever that looks like for you. Whether you're in Sandy or nearby, you deserve to feel balanced, grounded, and deeply restored.

Nate puts you at ease immediately. His hands do the work beautifully. It was wonderful to have my sore muscles and back relieved by someone so skilled. I'm definitely returning.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Don't wait—book with him. I've had many sessions and they're consistently excellent. The conversation flows naturally, the environment feels comfortable, and the massage work is outstanding. Hard to ask for more than that.
From start to finish, Nate's focus stays on you. His eye for detail is unmatched, and he consistently goes above and beyond what you'd expect. His touch feels safe and caring, yet he's fully capable of deeper, more intense work when you ask for it. His knowledge of human anatomy is evident—he seems to sense exactly where to focus. He clearly puts every client first, and he deserves a strong recommendation.
