Licensed through Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church, I completed formal training in therapeutic bodywork that gave me the foundation to work effectively with real musculoskeletal issues. That was in 2017, and since then I've spent nine years in my private studio in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, learning what actually works for people who come in tight, sore, or hurt.
I specialize in therapeutic and sports massage, drawing on my background in physiotherapy and sports therapy to address what's really going on beneath the surface.
